I LAMB it!

Multi-talented singer, songwriter and fashion designer Gwen Stefani recently showcased the LAMB spring 2011 collection during Fashion Week 2010. Her awe-inspiring psychedlic outfits are mixed with patterns, cuts and colours, the outfits are infused with practicality yet still extreme top high fashion. Thumbs up to Gwen once again!

Sunday

This gorgeous leather and sheepskin jacket from one of my favourite stores Reiss, is top of my christmas list....

Monday

B is for Blazer

Blazers were once the uniform of 1980s teenage movie villains. Now, they're a wardrobe staple once again for this winter.

Total Wonderland...

One of my favourite magazines is celebrating its 5th anniversary so go grab a copy of WONDERLAND...

Tats so cool

Fancy getting a free tattoo? Diesel are giving away free tattoos at their Carnaby Street store on the 25th and the 26th of september from top tattooists Paula Converse and Zoe Windle. I think this is a great promotional strategy to entice consumers to be more aware of the brand and create further brand loyalty.

Digital Love

Gucci have gone 21st century crazy with their sensational new flagship digital store. The store has holographic window displays, in-store iPad stations, a welcome video and of course, a full range of products and accessories from Gucci.

Leather It Up

Texture and detailing include utility pockets and zips, panelling and quilting, which give a refined functionality as well as a little bit of attitude! Reiss's take on this season's massive trend, the aviator, this trend has inspired the leather jacket to have a massive come back for this seasons highstreet trend.

Geek Chic

Being a geek has never been so cool. Big dorky reading glasses were all over the runway for the past two seasons so whether you have 20/20 vision or not- it's time to get geeky.
From the runway to the party scene (hipster girls Chloe Sevigny, Peaches Geldorf and Daisy Lowe have all revealed their inner geek), the glasses trend is clear: geek glasses are this season's Ray-Bans. They are hitting the highstreets whether being square, round, black, beige or tortoiseshell. It doesn't matter as long as your specs are outrageously oversized.

Saturday

Cape Comotion.

Since the poncho had it's hippie revival, the cape in it's more sophisticated forms has seen nothing of a major comeback on the hightstreets that is, until this autumn. The cape is back on the agenda as one of the major 2010 fashion trends.
